Product Assembly and Validation System
Our engineering team has developed a unique product assembly and validation system using SMART Carts that allows us to be highly efficient with a high-mix, low-volume product portfolio. Our team fabricates all assembly and test fixtures internally and marries them up to an automated PC-based testing and data-gathering routine.
Quality Control
Our team has successfully transitioned product lines from suppliers while at the same time detecting and correcting inherent quality problems that our customers were not even aware of prior to us assuming responsibility for the product line.
Aftermarket Part Design
We have also assisted customers with designing aftermarket part portfolios that included consolidating individual SKUs into a single design that was fully compatible with multiple applications, saving our customers time and required inventory investment.
