Cablecraft Motion Controls announced that it has completed the purchase of Radial Bearing Corp., a leading designer and manufacturer of rod ends and spherical bearings.  Based in Danbury, Conn., Radial has a rich history of delivering engineered solutions in the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.

Cablecraft Motion Controls announced that it has completed the purchase of the Wholesale Distribution and Custom Manufacturing Service businesses from Instrument Sales & Service, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of electronic, mechatronic and electromechanical motion control products.  Based in Portland, OR, ISS has a rich history of delivering product lifecycle solutions in the heavy truck, recreational product, aftermarket automotive, construction and agriculture industries.

Cable Manufacturing & Assembly announced that it has rebranded, introducing a new name and visual identity. In August of 2021, CMA acquired Cablecraft, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance, critical application mechanical motion control products.
