The cable features a 4-inch minimum bend radius, a -65°F to 350°F operating temperature range, stainless steel components, a PTFE-lined binder-wire conduit, and a durable blue jacket resistant to abrasion, gasoline, diesel fuel, and chemicals.

Cable length, mounting ends, conduit-cap combinations, seals, and fittings can be configured to fit the application.

Description

The Cablecraft Push-Pull Blue Max™ High-Performance Control Cable is engineered for applications requiring smooth operation, efficient force transfer, and minimal lost motion.

Its high-performance construction is designed to provide a precise operating feel over both short and long cable runs. Blue Max is particularly well suited for applications involving complicated routing, multiple bends, tight installation spaces, or operating environments that expose the cable to heat, fuel, chemicals, and abrasion.

The assembly uses a 1×19 stainless steel wrapped innermember inside a PTFE-core, binder-wire conduit. A blue LDPE covering protects the conduit, while stainless steel end rods and available stainless steel exposed fittings support corrosion resistance in marine and other demanding environments.

The legacy literature specifies a 4-inch minimum bend radius, 3-inch minimum travel, and an operating temperature range from -65°F to 350°F.
